Bottom Paint Repair with Fiberglass Reinforcement:

During a recent bottom painting project, routine scuffing revealed underlying damage from a previous grounding, exposing raw fiberglass. I meticulously addressed this by sanding and preparing the affected area, then expertly applied a resin and hardener mixture reinforced with 406 glass filler. Once cured, I carefully sanded and shaped the repair to seamlessly match the hull's contour, ensuring both structural integrity and a smooth finish for the new bottom paint application.
